You've been set up with a personal login. Use the same username and password for both Jellyfin (movies/TV) and Audiobookshelf (audiobooks). If you don't have your credentials yet, ask Ryan.
Everything streams through Jellyfin. You can use a web browser or an app depending on your device. Apps give you the best experience.

Live TV channels (including sports) are available inside Jellyfin. Once you're signed in to Jellyfin on any device, look for the Live TV section in the menu. No extra setup needed.
Can't find something? Request it and it'll be downloaded automatically — usually available within minutes for movies and TV, a bit longer for books.
Movies & TV: Go to cinema.gallonsofjuice.stream — search for what you want, hit Request. Sign in with your Jellyfin credentials.
Audiobooks & eBooks: Go to books.gallonsofjuice.stream — search and request. Same login.
That's it. The system handles the rest. You'll see it show up in your library.
